Size:
Great White Sharks which may reach as much as 18 feet (5.5 Metres) are not the largest shark,  but they are the most feared and, by far, the deadliest predator in the worlds oceans.
 
 Geography:
This kind of shark is adaptable to its environment, and  is at home in  the cold Alaskan gulf as the balmy tropicical climes of the Northern Gulf of Mexico.. On the eastern coast from Newfoundland, Canada, to The Bahamas. 
Great Whites have been found along the coasts of all of the Continents except for Antarctica. They are most often seen close to the surface in coastal waters, but sometimes venture into open waters, and the depths.
