INGREDIENTS:

yields 72 pieces

1 Cup

All Purpose Flour

1 1/2 Cup

Cocoa Powder

6 Cups

Granulated Sugar

3 Cup

Chopped Walnuts

750g

Dark Chocolate

750g

Unsalted Butter (melted)

6tsp

Vanilla

Large Eggs

PREPARATION:

Preheat oven: (350°F)

Lightly grease Pans and line each with parchment paper allow paper to over hang on the long sides.

Sift the Cocoa powder and flour into a bowl and add sugar, nuts & chocolate. Mix together and make a well in the center.

Pour mixed butter, vanilla & eggs into the dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into pans, smooth the surface, and bake for 45-50 minutes. Mixture will still be a bit soft on the inside.

Chill for at least 2 hours before lifting out, using the paper as handles.

Cut into 2” x 2” squares.
